The Gardens have just had a new tree trail installed throughout the Garden, allowing visitors to follow the trail (Tree Trail Leaflet PDF) and learn about our important tree collections. The trail will also serve to encourage people to explore the Gardens, pointing them around exciting and fascinating tree specimens and helping them to make new discoveries. The trail focuses on 20 specimen trees, all with different merits. The Trail starts off in the main garden and leads down to the arboretum. Look out for the interpretation panel, mounted on a larch post placed in front of 20 trees around the Gardens.
